An important note about our deadlines: We've teamed up with our delivery partners to ensure you get your order before Christmas. But hey, delays happen, so it's best to order before the deadlines to avoid heartbreak on the big day.

Dates are a guide and not a guarantee. Take into account possible delays, including wild weather events, that may hold up your delivery.

Customers in Perth, Darwin, regional, rural and remote areas should factor in additional delivery time. DHL Express is fastest in metropolitan areas. For customers in regional, rural remote areas your DHL parcel will be handed over to Australia Post or a local courier service to complete your delivery which may take longer to complete than Express Post.

Be sure to enter correct contact information at the checkout including email address and mobile telephone number and approve your artwork proof promptly (if your order includes one). We can only stick to our aim of shipping your order on the same or next business day with your speedy response, so keep an eye on your inbox and spam folder.
